At Ithaca College, we reinforced and evolved the College’s existing brand foundation, aligning communications across departments to ensure consistency and clarity. Through governance oversight, vendor coordination, and strategic creative guidance, we helped elevate institutional storytelling in support of the “Here, progress never stops” narrative and DEI goals.

Existing Graphic Foundation

With an established brand foundation in place, our role was to reinforce, standardize, and evolve it into consistent, distinctive, and elevated communications across the institution.

Brand Governance

We guided creative development across projects, aligning work to brand standards, messaging objectives, and the “Here, progress never stops” narrative while supporting DEI representation through thoughtful visual direction. Through structured scheduling, regular team touchpoints, and disciplined use of a project management platform, we ensured clarity, collaboration, and consistent project advancement across departments.

Brand Guidance

When departments engaged external vendors, we established alignment checkpoints to ensure all outsourced work upheld College brand standards and institutional consistency.

Event Identity Management

Developed scalable visual systems for campus events, ensuring each initiative felt distinct while remaining aligned with institutional brand standards and messaging priorities.

Campaign Development

Led integrated campaign concepts that translated strategic objectives into cohesive, multi-channel storytelling designed to engage prospective students, alumni, and campus stakeholders.

Systems and Template Design

Created flexible design systems and templates that empowered departments to produce consistent, on-brand communications while maintaining efficiency and creative integrity.

Photo Library Expansion

We expanded the institutional photo library by engaging directly with the campus community to capture authentic lifestyle imagery, strengthening visual storytelling and supporting the College’s narrative and DEI goals.
